The person or an individual enter the country for the purpose of gaining own residence and citizen ship is known as an immigration law. Immigration laws will be very useful to the government to find the illegal immigrants who have been entered in our country. This law was commenced by the Congress in order to prevent the entry of criminals and other illegal citizens. It was amended in 1996 to prevent the illegal entries, and to introduce border measures, control and regulate the benefits to immigrants. In 2002 many security measures were introduced in the States to prevent the entry of terrorists or any criminals.

Immigration and Naturalization is the legal process where the foreign citizen and national Citizen can become a U.S. citizen. There are some organizations for immigration and naturalization process they are, USCIS, EOIR, Naturalization tests etc. Through this process of organizations they are been rendering their services to the governments. The first federal immigration act was passed in the year 1790 and it was modified in the year 1795 and 1798.The main assist for immigration and naturalization process is to satisfy the applicant’s condition and eligibility. It is the process where the foreign nationals will become U.S Citizens.

The citizenship process help the immigration agency to filter out immigrants you really wish to be a American citizen and also create a sense of unity and proud in becoming an American. The service of immigrant in US Army over a period of time will also get him the US citizenship. Applicants must be able to show good moral character for the duration of the Residence requirement. The Immigration and Naturalization services will require the applicant’s age should be above 18 years. Then their residence should be legal in the state of U.S. If their residence is approved and established lawfully then this service will be issuing a resident card to that individual. Even though the residence was created lawfully the person or individual should have a physical presence to face some problems if anything arises.

The immigration certificate is popular among the attorneys and some of the legal professionals. To get a certificate, students must complete 5 courses related to immigration Law such as, family immigration law and naturalization and citizenship laws etc.
